Halibut or Haddock is an ideal species for your seafood broth and soup needs. It’s large size and rich flavor offers ample amounts of frames and stock bones. Utilizing collagen – rich halibut broth adds a subtle, buttery depth to seafood chowders, vegetable soups, and a variety of savory dishes. Sustainably Harvested, Wild Caught and Processed in the USA (Alaska). Simmered for at least 6 hrs. Made authentically on the farm. The whole carcass and the head is used to make this collagen rich fish broth. Only non oily fish is ever used to make this delicious broth.

Our Broth comes frozen.
