Chuck Roast is a tender, well-marbled cut of beef that comes from the Chuck, or shoulder part of the animal. Chuck roasts are typically slow-cooked with potatoes, carrots and other vegetables. This is an economical option that can yield a lot of flavor.
All of our pastured Buffalo is born and raised on our farm, 100% grass fed and finished. They enjoy a happy, stress free life out on pasture with plenty of sunlight. We oppose to cruelty and take pride in humane stewardship for all of our animals.
