Rump Roast is a lean, flavorful cut of beef that comes from the bottom Round part of the animal.

All of our pastured Buffalo is born and raised on our farm, 100% grass fed and finished. They enjoy a happy, stress free life out on pasture with plenty of sunlight. We oppose to cruelty and take pride in humane stewardship for all of our animals.
