You get raw greek Yogurt when 50% of the whey from regular raw Yogurt is removed. Made from a mesophilic direct-set Yogurt culture.
Contains strains of:
Streptococcus thermophilus; Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus; Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis; Lactobacillus acidophilus; Bifidobacterium lactis.
All of our raw Yogurts are fermented for 24 hrs and are GAPS and SCD diet friendly.
